Cambodian Premier League hold a meeting with the Cambodian national team to build a comprehensive relationship.
All CPL club managers (8 teams) had a meeting with the Cambodian national team, including GM Keisuke Honda, on the morning of February 28, 2022 to establish relationship and football development in the future.
Once again, CPL clubs and the national team strongly confirmed their goal to finish the 2021 SEA Games with the best results, and had serious discussions on how to build cooperation between the two sectors.
it is the cooperation between the two sectors to a higher level to achieve the best results in the 2023 SEA Games when Cambodia is to host a biennial multi-sport event for first time ever.
The meeting occurred following Group Stage failure of hosts U23 Cambodia in 2022 AFF U23 Championship with 1-0 loss to U23 Timor Leste last week.
Now, they all came to exchange ideas to boost and prepare for upcoming Cambodia's matches.
