A letter from Cambodian Premier League company showed that the first transfer window stared from 9 January to 25 February.
The first opening window is making all club member prepared well ahead of new season start. By regulation, each club can sign 5 foreigners.
The second opening transfer window is to activate from 24 June to 22 July of 2022. The transfer period has been playing key role for all clubs losing their players or injuries during over first three months of tournament.
2022 CPL are set to start on March 5 with playing three rounds of 8 teams. And after that, the final top 4 will be required to play more two rounds for championship. Making that decision was suggested by new league CEO Satoshi Saito and final approvement by FFC President H.E. Sao Sokha.
